Automated resin removal submersion system

The PostProcess® DEMI 910™ automated resin removal system is designed for the Carbon® ecosystem, boosting efficiencies for Carbon L1 and M2 3D printers. Its specialized fixture enables automated resin removal for a full build from a Carbon L1 or two build platforms from a Carbon M2 printer, enhancing ergonomics, cycle times, and productivity.

With patented Submersed Vortex Cavitation (SVC) technology, the DEMI 910 removes resin quickly and uniformly. Integrated with our proprietary AUTOMAT3D® software and Carbon-specific detergents, it offers a safer and more sustainable resin removal process. The detergents are compatible with popular Carbon resins, including EPU 41, EPX 82, MPU 100, RPU 70, RPU 130, DPR 10, UMA 90, and LOCTITE® 3D IND 405 Clear certified for Carbon printers.

The DEMI 910 is designed with user convenience in mind, featuring noise reduction, a magnetically driven pump, advanced filters for extended detergent life, an energy-efficient insulated tank for temperature consistency, and a specially designed part fixture for use with Carbon 3D printers.
