The PostProcess® DEMI 800™ Series automated submersion systems are designed for high throughput and consistent post-printing results. With varying specifications, these systems cater to different automated post-printing needs. They come equipped with our proprietary software program and additive formulated detergents for a comprehensive additive manufacturing post-print solution.

Using our patented Submersed Vortex Cavitation (SVC) technology, the DEMI 800 Series efficiently removes PolyJet and FDM supports or excess resin. The SVC technology employs agitated flow and a ‘sink-float’ process to rotate parts, ensuring fast and uniform removal. Our Agitation Algorithms control fluid motion in real-time, preventing part damage and ensuring consistent support and resin removal.

The DEMI 800 Series features design elements for user convenience and seamless integration into 3D printing operations, such as noise reduction, a powerful magnetically driven pump, and advanced filters for extended detergent life. It also includes a fully insulated tank for energy efficiency, a removable parts basket, and an ergonomically friendly tank orientation.
