It also supports a wide variety of materials including many industrial grade thermoplastics used in manufacturing. The ST-130 material option withstands high temperatures during the print process, but is easily dissolved from hollow interiors after the fact to support sacrificial tooling.

For maximum material capacity on the Fortus 450mc, Xtend 500 Fortus Plus material boxes are available for ABS-M30 (ivory and black), PC (polycarbonate) and their support materials.
